Hi Paul, this is an interesting picture. Being in the States I haven’t seen locks being left like this. Do they belong to the city? Or, to individuals who bike often and have a place to lock up their bike when in town?

Hi Mary! I mean, the locks are personal, that is, two people who love each other very much, put a padlock as a sign of eternal love. And not only in our country, you will see in France, Italy, Portugal countries of Latin origin like us, in others I do not know. So eternal love Mary….Thank you so much, Mary. 🙂
